Just enjoying the view while waiting for our table at the Old Spaghetti Factory at the Aloha Tower during a busy Memorial Day Weekend....

 A tranquil walk home along the Iolani School trail alongside the Ala Wai after a light dinner at McCully Shopping Center...

 

The Shirokiya Village Walk Food Court, still closed after 2 years due to the Pandemic with no signs of re-opening any time soon....

Just peeking in through the glass doors, seems so forlorn and forgotten....Such a shame as it had not even been open that long before COVID struck.

Well, we'll be waiting for the day it ever reopens!

 A very chill afternoon at Kahala Beach Park

Was walking down the Ala Wai and saw that a whole flock of Egrets had begun gathering on a couple of trees, with more flying up from the oceanside. Never saw this before...do they congregate here every evening to sleep?

Just walking around the Hilton Hawaiian Village.... 

Back in the 90's there used to be a really great J-Pop Karaoke place up those stairs. For the life of me, can't remember what the name of it was! A GREAT selection of J-pop hits in their system!!!

Nowadays the only good J-Pop Karaoke place left in Waikiki is GS Studios on Lewers...

Lucky it's still here after all these years!!!!
